Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package. All aromas and home diffusers are shipped from the United States, while commercial diffusers are shipped internationally.

Please allow 2 business days for processing. Orders received after 1 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Shipping times vary by location and range from 5 to 7 business days for Aromas and Home diffusers after processing. For commercial diffusers, the delivery timeframe is 8 to 15 business days after processing.

Please note that all shipments that contain a diffuser will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to accept the package.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars, and charged in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
